Common questions
- How do I delete my account? Open the app, go to Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your account and usage history.
- How do I export my notes? Settings → Export your data. Downloads your notes and transcripts as a file.
- Live features aren't working. Live recording, transcription, and AI suggestions require Mentra's companion Bluetooth recording device to be paired and connected — check the device sync screen for connection status.
- How do I control how long my data is kept? Settings → Data retention. Choose 30, 90, or 365 days, or keep everything indefinitely.
